As a small handmade business, each piece is carefully made in limited quantities, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll happily sort it out for you.

Yes — we do restock our sold-out pieces when we can! Because everything is handmade in small batches, restocks can take a little time. We carefully make each piece and need to produce enough for a full drop, so we appreciate your patience while we work behind the scenes. Keep an eye on our socials to be the first to know when they’re back.

Terry towelling is a beautiful but delicate fabric, so it does require a little extra care. We recommend a gentle cold wash, preferably in a garment bag, and avoiding rough cycles or idealy a handwash. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to air dry in the shade.

As all of our pieces are handmade and made in small batches, we’re unable to offer returns due to damage caused by incorrect care, so please take extra care when washing your garments.

We try to get all orders posted within 7 business day sof purchase, ideally sooner. But as we are a small business it takes some time to get all of our orders out but we promise it will be worth the wait!
